KARATU LOWER COURT STAFF FACING CHALLENGES





It has been noted that the staff of the Court of First in Karatu District , Arusha Region are working in harsh environments where one judge is forced to run more than 600 cases per year

Servants of first instance Karatu district have done their work in the abandoned building , without tools , which resulted in the district 's public commitment to donate a new building of the Court.

Judge in Charge of the Court of  Karatu , Martina fue said it has contributed to a decline in morale and performance amid  that many of cases from the Magistrates Court to have four and one clerk , in which case it  running timely .

He said construction of the new court will help them to work more efficiently , as in the building we use to present even within existing furniture are tired of being , we congratulate the District Commissioner for the importance of collaboration with citizens in the Court's construction of the first.

She also said the construction of the building has been set up by the head of the district of Karatu David Ntibenda in partnership with the public and other development partners in the district, where the building has reached the point of roofing while being took advantage of more than 80 million of which is public money .

He added that measures to contribute to building public acceptance of the Court is one of the first to help the government used as building now nearing collapse and the District has also sent a request to the central government of the Chamber equip learners with adequate staff and resources as the situation is worsening .

For their part Karatu residents , said that the situation has made no confidence in this Court have decided to dedicate the building to build a new one which they believe to be completed will have reduced the challenges faced by executives of the Court
